Warren “Wally” Crain

Warren “Wally” Crain is volunteer in the Kyrgyz Republic. Wally works in the Linguistics Department at the Arabaev University in the capital city of Bishkek where he teaches English. For a secondary project He coaches a drama club where the students (all female) practice their skills in English by reading and reciting lines from various plays that range from Shakespeare to Jan’s Excellent Applesauce. At the time of this visit Wally had just turned 80 years old, making him the oldest serving Volunteer in Peace Corps.
